Job Description
Coordinating QA facilities in software testing team and
providing technical software support to global business partners
and customers.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating the
testing team for continuous testing process including
planning, designing, and executing functional and system
testing
- Troubleshoot and
develop technical solutions for customer issues
- Troubleshoot
and escalate issues related to software errors
- Develop
workaround solutions for issues related to software
errors
- Provide
technical training to customers and business partners
- Deliver
technical support services according to specified
Service Level Agreements
- Provide feedback
and continuously work towards improving support services
to ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction
- Create, review
and prioritize test plans based on product
specifications, developer releases and organizational
feedback
- Ensure quality
in all customer deliverables
- Define testing
roadmap, enhancements and best practices
Required Skills and Experiences
- Exceptional troubleshooting and
customer-handling skills
- Excellent
written and oral
communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
- Solid QA or Support experience in an
enterprise network environment
- Strong support and/or administration
experience for enterprise software solutions
- System administration/support
experience in Windows platform NT/2000/2003/XP)
- Understanding of networking LAN/WAN
and setup of routers, gateways and firewalls
- Understanding of
network protocols TCP/IP and SMB, HTTP, FTP, SMTP,DHCP
- Experience in
planning, design, and perform functional and system
level testing.
- Ability to set priority, accommodate
requirement changes and resource constraint.
- Experience in software programming
